Parking System Factory is the export brand of Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd., a Shanghai manufacturer of mechanical parking systems and vehicle lifts. We design, fabricate, test and ship every system ourselves.
What we do
Parking capacity, engineered to the site.
Cities are running out of ground, not cars. Our job is to fit more vehicles into the space you already have, safely and with as little civil work as possible. That means starting from the site: the footprint, the clear height, the slab and the way people use their cars.
Our range covers 8 system families, from two-level lifts for a single garage to puzzle, rotary, plane moving and automated tower systems for residential, commercial and public projects. Each one is built from the same engineering discipline: clear load paths, mechanical safety locks that do not rely on hydraulic pressure, and controls that ordinary users can operate.
Because we are the manufacturer, you work directly with the people responsible for your layout drawing, fabrication and testing. Questions are answered by engineers, not resellers.

Engineering
Layout drawings, structural checks and foundation loads for your project.
Cutting & forming
Steel sections and plates cut and formed to the approved drawing.
Welding
Robotic and manual welding of columns, beams and pallets.
Surface treatment
Shot blasting, then painting, powder coating or hot-dip galvanising.
Assembly & test
Hydraulics, drives and controls assembled and load-tested.
Packing & shipping
Bundled steel and cased electrics loaded into containers in Shanghai.
Quality & safety
Tested before it travels.
Safety in mechanical parking is designed in, then proven on the test bay.
